Everything about one reservation, with the actions your team needs: change the guest's details, change the dates or guests, cancel with the right refund, mark a no-show, or send the confirmation again.
Who can use it
- View reservations opens the page.
- Change reservations is needed to change details, dates, mark a no-show or resend.
- Cancel reservations is needed to cancel.
How to change the dates or guests
Under Change dates or guests, enter the new values and select Change and reprice. The new price is worked out with today's prices. The message tells you if it costs more or less. The guest gets an email about the change.
How to cancel
- Choose Who is cancelling. A guest cancellation follows the policy shown; a host cancellation refunds in full.
- Enter a reason.
- Select Cancel reservation. The nights become free again and the guest gets an email.
Fields and columns

Statuses and automation
- After check-out, confirmed reservations become Completed overnight.
- Mark as no-show frees the remaining nights.
- Send confirmation again sends a new manage-booking link.

FAQs
What does the red overbooked message mean? Another channel booked the same unit for the same nights. Move the guest to another unit through the booking, or cancel one of the bookings.
Troubleshooting
