Write or change a draft contract. Signed contracts cannot be changed.
Who can use it
Write, send and end contracts (by default Admin, Finance, Sales).
How to write a contract
- Choose who it is with (an owner, tenant or company), or type their name.
- Enter the email of the person who signs, the dates, notice and renewal period.
- Fill in the amounts and choose the units.
- Adjust the wording if needed, and select Save draft.
Fields and columns
| Field | Meaning |

| Ends | Leave empty for an open-ended agreement. |
| Renewal period | How long each renewal lasts. |
| Renew by itself | Renews at the end without anyone doing anything. |
| Amounts | Depend on the type: payout method, owner share and rent for owners; rent, service charge and deposit for tenants; agreed prices and days to pay for companies. |
| Yearly increase | Applied to the amounts when the contract is renewed, and reminded a month before each anniversary. |
| Wording | Simple formatting (# heading, bold, - lists). Names such as party_name, start_date, rent or properties in double curly brackets are filled in from the details. |
