What this page is for
Everything about one check-in or check-out: the stay, who does it, and the checklist to tick off when it is done.
Who can use it
See check-in and check-out tasks to open it. Complete check-in and check-out tasks to mark it done. Hand out and reassign tasks to change who does it.
How to
- To give it to someone else, choose them under Hand to and select Hand over. Choose Me if you do it yourself as a manager: it then counts for nobody's score.
- Tick each checklist item you checked.
- On a check-out, tick Damage found if something is broken or missing. If damage reports are on, record each damage below.
- Add notes if needed, then select Mark as done.
Fields and columns
| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Who | The person the task is given to. |
| Stay | Check-in and check-out dates and the guest's phone. |
| Checklist | The unit's own list, or the organisation's. Items not ticked are kept as not done. |
| Damage found | Check-outs only. |
| Done | When and by whom, and whether it was late. |
Statuses and automation
A task done after its due time is marked Done late. Completing it on the front desk also marks it done. Once done, the checklist answers are kept as they were, even if the checklist changes later.
Settings that change this page
The checklists (Check in / out → Checklists) and the hours allowed after check-out time.
FAQs
Can I undo "done"? No. Add a note on the booking instead.
Someone else did my task. Mark it done anyway; the task stays with the person it was given to.
