See how maintenance is going: what is open and for how long, what it costs, how fast jobs are handled and how vendors perform.
Who can use it
See the maintenance report (by default Admin, Operations, Maintenance, Finance and Viewer).
How to run it
- Choose the months, currency and units, and select Show.
- Export with CSV, Excel or PDF.
Fields and columns
| Section | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Summary | Jobs reported in the period, how many were completed, average hours to respond and to complete, and the share completed within their targets. |
| Open now | Open jobs today by priority and how long ago they were reported. |
| Cost by unit, by category | The cost of jobs reported in the period. |
| Vendor performance | Jobs, cost, how many were late, and the average stars given. |
Statuses and automation
Cancelled jobs are left out. Costs are converted at each job's month rate.
