Who can use it
Owners invited to the owner portal by their property manager.
How to
- Open Documents in the owner portal menu.
- Select Download next to a document.
Fields and columns
| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Title | The name of the document. |
| For | The property it belongs to, or You for documents about you as an owner. |
| Expiry date | When the document runs out, if it does. |
Statuses and automation
Only the latest version of each document is shown. Identity documents are never shared here. Download links work for about 30 minutes; reload the page for fresh links.
