What this page is for
Keep a record of each owner, the properties they own, and whether they use the owner portal.
Who can use it
See owners (by default Admin, Finance, Operations and Viewer). Adding and changing needs Add and change owners.
How to find an owner
- Search by name or email.
- Select a name to open the owner.
- Select Add owner to add one.
Fields and columns

| Properties | How many properties are linked to the owner. |
| Portal | Whether the owner has signed up to the owner portal. |
Statuses and automation
The count of properties without an owner shows above the list.

Can one property have two owners? Record the co-owners as one owner (for example a family name) and note the split in Notes.
