Everything guests see about one of your places, and its prices and free dates.
Who can use it
Everyone in a partner's team.
How to
- Fill in the title, description, guests, location, currency, price per night and cancellation policy, then select Save.
- Add at least five photos under Photos.
- Under Prices and dates, choose dates and close them (when you use the place yourself), open them, or set a price for those nights, then select Apply.
- When it is ready, select Send for approval.
Fields and columns

| Title guests see, Short summary, Description | Shown on the listing page and in search. |
| Guests, Bedrooms, Bathrooms | Guests is the most people allowed to stay. |
| Minimum nights | The shortest stay guests can book. |
| Town, Region, Country code, Latitude, Longitude | Where the place is. Guests see the exact address only after booking. |
| Currency, Price per night | The currency cannot change once the listing has been online. |
| Calendar | Green: open. Blue: booked. Grey: closed or past. |
Statuses and automation
Once a listing is online, changes to the title, summary, description or location may need approval again; the old version stays online meanwhile. Prices, photos and dates change straight away.
