What this page is for
When you pay online we send you to the secure page of the payment provider (for example Stripe, SSLCommerz or bKash). You pay there and come back to your booking. We never see your card or wallet details.
How to pay
- Choose how you want to pay and continue. The provider's page opens.
- Pay there. You come back to your booking, which shows the payment.
- If you cancel or the payment fails, you come back too and can try again from your booking page.
On demonstration sites a test page with Pay and Decline buttons stands in for the provider. No real money moves.
FAQs
My payment went through but the booking still waits. It can take a moment for the provider to confirm it. Refresh your booking page; you also get a confirmation email.
Was I charged twice? Each payment is only counted once. If you see two charges, contact us with your booking reference.
How long do I have to pay? A booking waiting for its first payment is held for a short time, then released.
