Performance rules

What this page is for

Change how much each thing counts. Every number used in the score is here, so you can match your own policy.

Change the performance rules (by default Admin).

Find the factor, change the numbers and select Save. Negative points take points away.
Untick Counts towards the score to leave a factor out.
Back to the defaults restores the shipped numbers and switches the factor on.

Factor	Default numbers
Expenses entered late	4-7 days late: -3; 8-14: -7; 15-30: -15; 31 or more: -25. Fixed costs are on time until the 2nd of the next month.
Check-in and check-out tasks	Not done: -10; done late: -3; on time: +2 each, at most +10 per task type.
Signing in regularly	Last sign-in 3-6 days before the end of the month: -5; 7-13: -15; 14 or more, or never: -30.

For the day thresholds, a factor uses the highest one reached.

Changes apply to open months straight away. Locked months keep their saved scores.

Only factors of modules that are on are listed.

Can I add my own factor? Not from this page. New factors come with modules.
