See how full your units were, and what each available night earned.
Who can use it
See operations reports (by default Admin, Operations, Finance, Sales and Viewer).
How to run it
Choose the months, group by unit, property group or building, the currency and properties, and select Show.
Fields and columns
| Column | Meaning |

| Available nights | Units in use times the days in the period, less out-of-order nights (see Settings). |
| Booked nights | Nights of confirmed stays and no-shows inside the period. |
| Out of order | Nights blocked on the calendar or out of order for repairs. |
| Occupancy | Booked nights divided by available nights. |
| Average price per night (ADR) | Revenue divided by booked nights. |
| Revenue per available night (RevPAR) | Revenue divided by available nights. |
Statuses and automation
Units that are closed or archived are left out.
Settings that change this page
Module settings: Take out-of-order nights off available nights (on by default).
FAQs
Why can occupancy go above 100%? It cannot when out-of-order nights are taken off and blocks do not overlap stays; check for overlapping bookings.
Troubleshooting
