What this page is for
Your list of plumbers, electricians, cleaners, suppliers and other contractors, with their trades and rating.
Who can use it
See vendors (by default Admin, Operations, Finance, Maintenance and Viewer). Adding and changing them needs Add and change vendors (Admin, Operations, Finance).
How to find the right vendor
- Tick one or more trades in Trade (a vendor shows when it does any of them), or type part of a name, contact or email, and select Filter.
- Compare their ratings and open one.
Fields and columns

| Trades | What they do. The list of trades is under Master data. |
| Rating | The average of the stars given when their jobs were closed, and how many jobs. |
| Not used | Vendors no longer offered for new jobs. Their history stays. |

Ratings are worked out by themselves from closed maintenance jobs.

Can I delete a vendor? Untick In use instead, so their jobs and bills keep their name.
