Bangladeshi marriage certificate must be shown for couples only, non family bookings during check-in. We’ll cancel the booking if a marriage certificate isn’t provided and no money will be refunded.
★All guests must be registered by providing their verified government ID (passport or national ID card). Any other guests are not allowed in the apartment without host's explicit consent.
★Only registered guests are allowed to stay at the property.
★1 car parking space is reserved for the apartment. If your car doesn’t fit in the parking space then you’ll need arrange your own parking.

★Please note that this is a residential apartment and there is a quiet hours specified in the listing. Although there are security guards available at the main gate of the building you may not be able to access the apartment or go outside during those quiet hours if you haven’t made an arrangements with the security guards separately as they may be sleeping. As with any residential apartments there could be day to day issues which may arise during your stay and we’ll try our best to solve them asap or within a reasonable time and you won’t be able to ask for any refunds for them.

Cancellation

• Full refund until 5 days before check-in.
• 50% refund until 1 days before check-in.
• No refund after that.
