How to add a servicing schedule
- Open Add a servicing schedule.
- Say what to do (for example "Clean filters"), how often (every 3 months), the next due date and how many days before to create the job.
- Choose the priority and, if you like, who always does it (a member of staff or a vendor). Select Save.
Fields and columns
| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Every | The interval: days, weeks or months. |
| Create the job this many days before | The lead time, so the job can be planned. |
| Give it to | The job is assigned to this person or vendor when it is created; they are told. |
| Servicing jobs | Each job created, with the due date it was for. |
Statuses and automation
- One job per due date: running the check again never creates a second.
- While a servicing job is open, the next one is not created.
- Completing the job moves the next due date on from the day it was done.

FAQs
What if a service was missed? It shows as Overdue; the open job stays until it is completed.
