What this page is for
Keep track of air conditioners, water heaters, lifts, generators, fire safety equipment and other assets, and make sure each is serviced on time.
Who can use it
See assets and maintenance schedules (by default Admin, Operations, Maintenance and Viewer). Adding and changing them needs Manage assets and maintenance schedules (Admin, Operations, Maintenance).
How to add an asset
- Under Add an asset, enter its name and type, and the unit (or leave it for the building or a common area).
- Add make, model, serial number, installation date and warranty date, and select Save.
- Open the asset to add its servicing schedule.
Fields and columns
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Servicing | Each schedule with its next due date and state: Planned, Job open, Done or Overdue. |
| Warranty until | Red once the warranty has ended. |
Statuses and automation
Every hour, each schedule due within its lead time gets a maintenance job (source Preventive), once per due date. When that job is completed, the next due date is counted from the day it was done.
