Listings

What guests can book on your booking website, with the units each listing sells, its nightly price and whether it is published.

What this page is for

A listing is what a guest books on your booking website. It sells either one unit (a single unit listing) or several identical units (a room type, where the guest gets whichever unit is free). This page lists them all with their price, how complete they are and whether guests can book them.

Who can use it

How to add a listing

  1. Select Add listing.
  2. Enter a title, choose the type and tick the units it sells.
  3. Enter the nightly price and the stay rules, then select Save.
  4. Add photos, then select Publish on the listing page.

How to find a listing

Use the Status filter. By default every listing except archived ones is shown. Select a title to open it.

Fields and columns

Column Meaning
Title The name guests see, with the web address underneath.
Type Single unit or Room type.
Units The units this listing sells. A unit can belong to one listing only.
Nightly price The base price before seasonal prices, weekend prices and calendar changes.
Complete How much of the listing is filled in: photos, description, amenities, price, cancellation policy and units.
Status Draft, Waiting for review, Published, Suspended or Archived.

Statuses and automation

Taking a listing offline or archiving it never cancels reservations already made.

Settings that change this page

None. Booking website settings (Settings, Booking website) change how listings are sold, such as the hold time and weekend nights.

FAQs

Why can't I tick a unit? It already belongs to another listing. Remove it there first.

Do bookings from other channels block the listing? Yes. Any booking on a unit, from any channel, blocks those nights here straight away.
