A checklist to go from nothing to a listing guests can book.
Who can use it
Anyone setting up the Booking website package. Each step needs the permission named on its page.
How to launch
- Add listings: on Listings, add a listing and tick the units it sells.
- Photos: add at least five photos and choose a cover.
- Prices: set the nightly price on the listing, then seasonal prices on Rates and availability.
- Fees and taxes: add cleaning and other fees on Fees and taxes; set up taxes in Finance.
- Policies: check the cancellation policies and choose one per listing.
- Emails: check the reservation emails under Settings, Message templates.
- Publish: select Publish on each listing.
- Test: make a test reservation on New reservation, then cancel it.

Statuses and automation
Once published, bookings from every channel block nights automatically, and reservations become bookings your team sees everywhere.

FAQs
Do I need the rate management module? No. Listings have their own prices. If you use rate management, set Price source to it in the settings.
