Your booking confirmation and receipt

For guests: the details of your stay and the payments you made.

What this page is for

Your booking confirmation shows where and when you are staying. Your receipt shows the payments we have received for the stay.

How to

  1. Open the link we sent you.
  2. Check the dates, the place and the number of guests.
  3. Select Print or save as PDF to keep a copy. Choose "Save as PDF" as the printer to save it.

FAQs

A detail is wrong. Reply to the message the link came with, and we will correct it.

A payment is missing from the receipt. Payments appear once we have checked them. If it is still missing after a day, contact us.

Can I share the link? Anyone with the link can see the page, so share it only with people you travel with.
