A few details before you arrive make your check-in quick: how we reach you, when you arrive, who is staying, an identity document for each adult, and your agreement to the house rules.
How to
- Fill in your mobile number with the country code, your email and your expected arrival time.
- Write the full name of each guest as it appears on their passport or ID card.
- For each adult, add a photo or scan of their passport or ID card. On a phone you can take the photo directly.
- Read the house rules, tick the box and select Complete pre check-in.
FAQs
Is my ID safe? Documents are stored privately, only our team can open them, and they are deleted a few weeks after your stay.
I made a mistake. Reply to the message the link came with and we will correct it.
The link does not open. It works until shortly after your stay ends. Ask us for a new one if needed.
