What this page is for
Connect the companies that take payments for you. Guests pay on the secure page of the provider; card and wallet details never reach this system. Every payment is recorded on the booking automatically.
Who can use it
Set up online payment providers (by default Admin).
How to connect a provider
- Under Add a provider, choose Stripe, SSLCommerz or bKash and select Add.
- Enter the keys from your account with the provider (see the hints under each field). Keys are stored encrypted and never shown again; leave a field blank to keep the saved key.
- Keep Mode on Test and make a test booking with the test cards or numbers the provider gives you.
- For Stripe, add a webhook in the Stripe dashboard for checkout.session.completed pointing to the notification address shown. SSLCommerz sends its notification to that address by itself.
- Tick Offer it at checkout and select Save. Switch Mode to Live when the test works.
Fields and columns
| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Name shown to guests | The choice guests see at checkout, for example "Card" or "bKash". |
| Mode | Test uses the provider's sandbox, no real money. Live takes real payments. |
| Keys | The provider's credentials. Stripe: secret key and webhook signing secret. SSLCommerz: store ID and store password. bKash: username, password, app key and app secret. |
| Recorded on bookings as | The payment method saved on the booking payment (Master data, Payment methods). |
| Order at checkout | Lower numbers are listed first. |
| Notification address | Where the provider tells us about payments. |
Statuses and automation
- A payment counts only after the provider confirms it, by the guest's return or by its notification, whichever comes first. It is never counted twice.
- The amount and currency the provider reports must match, or the payment is marked failed.
- Online payments are recorded on the booking as automatic payments, so they do not need payment verification.
- Providers only show for currencies they accept (bKash: BDT only).
- A provider with payments can't be deleted; it is switched off so refunds still work.

FAQs
Which provider should I use in Bangladesh? SSLCommerz takes cards, bKash, Nagad and bank transfers on one page. Use the bKash provider for bKash only with a lower fee.
Do I need a PCI certificate? No form on this site takes card numbers, so you qualify for the simplest PCI questionnaire (SAQ-A).
Troubleshooting
| Problem | What to do |
|---|---|
| "Fill in every key before switching the provider on." | Enter every key, then tick Offer it at checkout. |
| Guests return but bookings stay "Waiting for payment" | Check the Mode matches the keys (test keys with Test), and for Stripe that the webhook is set up. See Online payments for the error. |
| The provider is missing at checkout | It is off, or it does not accept the listing's currency. |
