What this page is for
Groups collect properties together, for example all flats in one building or all homes in one town. Lists can be filtered by group, and a user can be limited to the properties of a group. Groups can sit inside other groups.
Who can use it
- View properties opens the page.
- Manage property groups is needed to add, rename, move or delete groups (by default Admin).
How to manage groups
- To add a group, enter a Name, optionally choose which group it sits Inside, and select Add group.
- To rename or move a group, change it in the list and select the tick button.
- To delete a group, select the bin button. Its properties stay, without a group.
