What this page is for
If you run Airbnb, Booking.com and other channels through Beds24, this connection brings their bookings into StayOps automatically, sends your own bookings back so those nights close everywhere, lets you change nightly prices from the calendar, and shows guest messages in the inbox.
Who can use it
Connect Beds24, map properties and run a sync (by default Admin).
How to
- In Beds24, open Settings, then Marketplace, then API, and create an invite code with read and write access to bookings, inventory, properties and messages.
- Paste the code under Invite code and select Connect. The Beds24 rooms are listed.
- For each Beds24 room, choose the unit it is and select Save. Rooms with no unit are not brought in.
- Select Sync now for the first sync, or wait for the scheduler.
- On a booking made in StayOps, the Beds24 box shows whether it was sent; Send to Beds24 now retries it.
Fields and columns

Statuses and automation
Every minute the scheduler sends queued bookings, then, when the interval has passed, brings in bookings changed in Beds24 since the last sync, going back 90 minutes more so none are missed. A long sync stops after a few seconds and the next one continues. Bookings keep the Beds24 property's currency. A cancelled Beds24 booking is cancelled here. Bookings you made in StayOps are never overwritten by Beds24. If Beds24 sends a booking for nights already taken, it is still saved and you get an overbooking alert.

FAQs
Which platform does a Beds24 booking get? Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, VRBO, Agoda or Direct, from the channel Beds24 reports. Names in Your own website names in Beds24 count as Direct.
Can I fill missing guest emails? Yes: an administrator runs php artisan stayops:beds24:backfill --contacts (and --titles to name units after their Beds24 room).
Troubleshooting
