What this page is for
Sell more with each stay. Extras show at checkout for the listings you choose; the guest picks them and the price updates. They become lines on the reservation and appear on the confirmation.
Who can use it
Set up extras (by default Admin and Operations).
How to add an extra
- Under Add an extra, enter the name and, if you like, a short description.
- Enter the price and currency, and choose how it is charged: per stay, per night, per guest, or per guest per night.
- Choose whether it is paid with the booking or at the property.
- Set the most a guest can take, how many days ahead it must be booked, and an optional daily limit (for example 2 airport pickups per arrival day).
- Tick the listings it applies to (none ticked: all listings in that currency) and select Save.
Fields and columns

| Most per stay | 1 shows a tick box; more shows a number box. |
| Book at least | Days before arrival. Later bookings can't add it. |
| Most per arrival day | Counted over all stays arriving that day. Leave empty for no limit. |
| Taxes apply | Taxes that apply to extras are added (Tax module). |
| Offer it | Untick to stop offering it without deleting it. |
Statuses and automation
- Each time the guest changes extras at checkout the stay is priced again, including taxes.
- Extras already booked stay on their reservations when you change or delete the extra.

Tax rates (Tax): whether taxes apply to extras. Payment schedules: whether extras paid with the booking are taken online.
FAQs
Can guests add extras after booking? Not yet; add them for the guest from the reservation, or wait for the upsells module.
Why does an extra not show at checkout? It is off, it is for other listings, or its currency differs from the listing's.
Troubleshooting
