What this page is for
Your licence decides which modules you can switch on, on which web address the system runs, and until when you get updates and support. This page shows the current licence and lets you add or replace it.
Whatever the licence state, your data is never deleted or hidden.
Who can use it
People with the View and change the licence permission (by default Admin) and the account owner.
How to add or renew a licence
- Open the email you received after buying.
- Paste the licence key into Licence key, or choose the
licence.jsonfile under Or upload licence.json. - Select Check and save. The licence is checked straight away and used immediately.
Fields and columns

Statuses and automation

| Valid | Everything works. |
| Ending soon | Within 30 days of the end: admins see a reminder at the top of every page. |
| Ended (still working) | Everything keeps working, but updates and support have stopped. |
| Trial | The 14-day trial (Professional edition) is running. Admins see the days left. |
| Trial ended | Read-only: everyone can sign in and see everything, but nothing can be changed until a licence is added. |
| Not valid | The licence was altered, damaged, or is for another web address. Read-only, as above. |
- Licences are checked on your own server; nothing is sent to the vendor.
- Modules the licence doesn't cover show Not in your licence on the Modules page. Modules that are already on stay on.
- Adding a licence is recorded in the change history.
Settings that change this page
The web address in your server settings (APP_URL) must match one of the addresses in the licence.
FAQs
Will anything be deleted when my licence ends? No. A paid licence keeps working after it ends; only updates and support stop. A trial becomes read-only, and works again as soon as a licence is added.
I moved to a new web address. Ask for a licence for the new address, then add it here.
Can I try a module before buying it? During the trial, every Professional module can be switched on.
Troubleshooting

| "This licence is damaged or was not issued by the vendor" | Copy the key again from the email, all of it, or upload the original file. |
| "This licence is for ..., not for ..." | The licence is for another web address. Ask for one for this address. |
| "This is not a licence file or key" | Make sure you uploaded licence.json, not another file. |
| Everything is read-only | Add a valid licence on this page. |
