What this page is for
Front desk and buildings is a package you switch on under Modules. It is included in the Professional and Enterprise editions and can be added to Starter. It adds:
- Buildings: buildings with floors, facilities and security, and a floor-by-floor occupancy view.
- Documents: leases, licences, certificates and ID documents on any record, with expiry alerts.
- Multi-calendar: a tape chart of every unit, to book, move and find free units.
- Front desk and Security deposits when they are installed.
Who can use it
- Switching it on or off needs Switch modules on and off.
- Each part has its own permissions, listed on its help page.
How to switch it on
- Open Modules.
- Select Switch on on the Front desk and buildings card. If your licence doesn't include it, the card offers an upgrade.
Fields and columns
The package has no settings of its own; Documents has its own settings (expiry alert days, identity document retention).
Statuses and automation
- Switching the package off hides its pages, menu links and dashboard cards. No data is deleted; switching it on again brings everything back.
- Documents sends daily expiry alerts while the package is on.

FAQs
Can I switch on only the multi-calendar? No. Packages are switched on as a whole; parts you don't use simply stay empty.
