How to set up a tenancy
- Choose an existing tenant, or fill in a new one (individual or company, with the email invoices go to).
- Choose the unit and the first day; leave the last day empty for a rolling tenancy.
- Enter the monthly rent, service charge and deposit.
- Choose how utilities are paid and, for metered utilities, the price per unit of each meter.
- Set the billing day, notice period and yearly increase, and select Save.
